Frances is taking ballet again, this being her fourth year at Dancers' Workshop! Things have taken a turn more toward technique at this level, but she seems to continue to enjoy it and is learning a good bit of French as a byproduct :) Each Wednesday, she takes the bus from school to dance, and then I shuttle her from dance directly to an hour-long gymnastics class. It's our longest day, but she loves it! Her class is prepping for the Progress Performance in a week, at which point we'll take a break for the Summer.
Hugh started dance this year with a small group of boys, and he adores it. His teacher is Miss Stacy, who is the incomparably wonderful force behind Frances' initial interest in dance. Frances had to move on to the technique teachers this year, so we're really grateful to get another opportunity to spend time with Miss Stacy in Hugh's class!
