We took a two-part trip in November to Atlanta-on-the-way-to-Cashiers, NC, where we had the pleasure of spending Thanksgiving with Mike's family. It was such a welcome change from the holiday preparation we had been entrenched in at work, and a great chance for the kids to break the school routine and play with their cousins!!!! We visited Mike's cousin Kim and cousin Meghann in Atlanta, did some shopping, and got a super VIP tour of the Georgia Aquarium, thanks to Meghann's status as the head of PR. It was a magical couple of days, we had a blast, and we so appreciated Kim's and Meghann's hospitality. We can't wait to go back! Mike has better pictures, but lost his phone, so we'll have to see if we can retrieve those eventually :(
