I'm about a week late in posting a happy 6 month birthday to sweet Hugh!
We learned at his check-up last week that he remains in the 75th percentile for weight, at 18 lbs. 6 oz., but he flew from the 90th percentile to - off the charts - for height, at 29 1/2 in. long. He had been 24 1/4 inches at his 4 month appointment, so he experienced over 5 inches of growth in two months. Sounds downright painful. If I weren't carrying him around all day every day, I wouldn't believe it myself! And if his legs weren't so hilariously short and stubby, I'd say the latest stats prove his inheritance of his dad's build... but only time will tell :)
He's as happy and healthy as can be (and just as delicious-looking as ever).
