We just returned from an awesome long weekend in Denver, only our second real "road trip" since moving to Wyoming four years ago!
We visited great friends, some of whom we hadn't seen in maybe 8 years?! We visited the Denver Zoo, "ran" in the Scream Scram, did some shopping, and just enjoyed being together as a family. The weather was gorgeous, the kids tolerated the 8-hour drive on either end, and the experience was a great way to celebrate the end of Summer and ring in the Fall!
