The week of Valentine's Day was special for more than one reason. Frances was "Star of the Week" at school. I have adorable video of her friends talking about what makes her special, but it is SO hard to hear, it isn't worth editing and posting. She had a great time celebrating her "big" day and Valentine's Day all in a span of a week!
