Frances Christmas Story-d her tongue to a pole at school today when they were playing outside. It took the teacher a few minutes to defrost it off, while Frances was probably panicking. Apparently, the little boys in her class were hopeful that an ambulance would be called (a REAL AMBULANCE!), but thankfully the problem was solved single-handedly by the wonderful Miss Jess, and Frances recovered quickly. Tongues bleed a lot, but she's 100% fine now.
We're kicking ourselves for deleting the voicemail the teacher left us after the ordeal. It was so funny and would have been a good one for posterity :)
