For any fellow Indian food lovers (especially those of you who - like us - don't live within proximity to good Indian restaurants), I cannot recommend highly enough the Maya Kaimal refrigerated sauces, specifically the Tikka Masala and the Vindaloo. Add to chicken, vegetables, anything... and you have an instant gourmet meal. I rarely blog about products that we've discovered and adore, but this one's too good to pass up!
