Memorial Day weekend was "Old West Days" in Jackson (known locally as "cold wet days," as there has been something like a 9 year streak of cold wet weather plaguing this particular weekend). Sunday and Monday lived up to the reputation, but Saturday was lovely. We went to the parade, and I've included some photos of the local color :) Mike "built" a playhouse for Frances, and it was just nice to have one extra low-key day to the weekend.
