Frances - lucky girl - got to celebrate Christmas at our house as well as both grandparents' homes. Three Christmases are always better than one! She definitely won the prize for "most gifts," and had more fun than we would have guessed, tearing into wrapping paper and pulling on ribbons. It was nice to be able to spread the celebration (and the loot) across multiple venues and on different days. She was exhausted by the fun!
The biggest news is that she started to crawl on Christmas eve at grandma and grandpa Sells' house. We were so excited, but convinced that she wouldn't repeat the new trick at home on our hardwood floors. NOT SO! We set her down when we got back, and off she went! She's been crawling all over ever since.
